Several areas in Manila were not passable to light vehicles on Saturday because of flood, according to a report by Manila Bulletin.

Several areas in the city were flooded due to heavy rainfall brought about by Typhoon “Fabian” (international name “In-fa”).

Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) released the list of areas in the city that were passable and not passable to vehicles as of 10:00 a.m., July 24.

Passable to all types of vehicles:

  • Fugoso St. going to Quiricada St. – gutter deep (8 inches)
  • Quintos St. going to Lacson Ave, – gutter deep (8 inches)
  • Roxas Blvd. cor. Pedro Gil – gutter deep (8 inches)
  • Roxas Blvd. cor. Katigbak – gutter deep (8 inches)
  • Espana cor. Dela Fuente – gutter deep (8 inches)
  • Finance Road – gutter deep (8 inches)
  • UN Kalaw – gutter deep (8 inches)
  • Taft Luneta – gutter deep (8 inches)
  • Padre Faura in front of Philippine General Hospital – gutter deep (8 inches)
  • M. Adriatico in front of Robinsons Place Manila – gutter deep (8 inches)
