Bar exams in Manila described as peaceful
Manila Police District (MPD) Director Police Brig. Gen. Andre Dizon on Monday, Nov. 21, said the four-day Bar examinations held in Sta. Beda College and De La Salle University in Manila were generally peaceful, according to a report by Manila Bulletin.
Dizon said the security preparations by the MPD were properly executed in the four-day Bar examination held last November 9, 13, 16, and 20.
He noted that the MPD Command Group went to the Bar sites to personally inspect the security and ensure the safety of the Bar takers.
Dizon, meanwhile, commended the MPD personnel and the Manila local government unit for handling the Bar examinations smoothly, with no untoward incident.
“It is a reflection that advance planning always gets positive results in every police activity,” he said.
