T/E Ric Paul David, the Team Leader of MTPB Sector 3, exhibited exceptional honesty by returning a lost wallet containing cash and a license to its owner, Mr. Nigel Caliboso. This incident stands as a testament to the commitment of Manila's MTPB to uphold integrity and contribute positively to the community.

According to Mr. Nigel Caliboso, a student at TUP Ermita Manila, he accidentally dropped his wallet in the Quiapo area on January 19, 2024. Fortunately, it was picked up by T/E Ric Paul David, a dedicated government worker at MTPB Sector 3.

T/E Ric Paul David promptly surrendered the wallet to his Sector 3 Commander, Artbel Diacosta. They reached out to the owner through Facebook Messenger, ensuring that the lost wallet was returned to its rightful owner.

On the same day, T/E Ric Paul David contacted Mr. Nigel Caliboso to facilitate the return of his wallet. Expressing his gratitude, Mr. Nigel Caliboso sent an email to MTPB to thank the department, especially T/E Ric Paul David and Sector Commander 3 Artbel Diacosta, for their honesty and dedication to public service.
